Integrated management system templates

Integrated manual template and procedures

For organizations implementing the requirements of two or more management system standards, the EQMS integrated quality and environmental manual and procedures capture and deploy the requirements of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001:2015.

Additionally, the EHQMS quality, environmental, health and safety manual and procedure templates combine the processes and documentation required by ISO 9001, ISO 14001:2015 and OHSAS 18001:2007. Click the links below for more information.

From £99.99 to £399.99   From £129.99 to £649.99

ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 share the same high-level structure and intent, which simplifies an integrated approach with OHSAS 18001:2007, leading to less duplication and ensuring ongoing flexibility.

Free upgrade to 45001

The free updates to the integrated management system templates will comply with the requirements of new Occupational Health & Safety standard and will be ready for customers to download by March 2019.

It is expected that organizations can still be certified to OHSAS 18001:2007 for at least 2 more years after March 2018. It is likely that Certification Auditors will undertake an ISO 45001 readiness review when certifying to 18001. Organizations will have an additional year to fully transition to the requirements of ISO 45001:2018 by March 2021.

In terms of the timescales mentioned, there is plenty of scope provided by the formal transition period to implement 18001 and gradually crossover to the requirements of ISO 45001.

The current structure of the EHQMS integrated manual and procedure templates already matches ISO 45001. The new requirements for 'context', 'interested parties', 'risk and opportunity' and 'operational control', will neatly slot into the framework of the EHQMS.

SSL certification

We have implemented SSL certification on this website. Why are SSL certificates important? Trusted SSL providers will only issue an SSL certificate to a verified company or website that has gone through several identity checks. A certificate guarantees the information your internet browser is receiving now originates from the expected domain - It guarantees that when you make a purchase, sensitive data is encrypted and sent to the right place, and not to a malicious third-party.

Setting up a management system?

Your organization may already have in place a management system, if this is the case, you will want to determine how closely your system conforms to the requirements ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and OHSAS 18001:2007.

Begin with the assumption that you are already doing most of what the standards require, you probably are! Many people talk about the high cost of implementing management systems but this is a false assumption.

If you do it right and understand the standards, then implementation should not be a problem since 75% of your management system is already in place. In general, follow these simple steps:

Step 1 - Purchase and read copies of the related management system standards (e.g. ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001,etc.)
Step 2 - Undertake a gap analysis of your existing management system to identify what elements need to be addressed to meet any new requirements.
Step 3 - Use the information from Step 2, develop an action plan and schedule to implement the actions that are required to rectify each identified gap. tick
Step 4 - Begin collating evidence to provide assurance that your organization is regularly, 'or as necessary', reviewing and updating its external and internal issues. tick
Step 5 - Confirm that your organization has a methodology in place to effectively identify risks and opportunities with respect to system planning. tick
Step 6 - Update your management system's documents and modify your processes and practices to meet the new requirements. tick
Step 7 - Provide employee training as appropriate to ensure all relevant people aware of changes to ensure effectiveness of the implementation. tick
Step 8 - Verify the effectiveness of the modifications using internal audits, documented information reviews and management reviews. tick
Step 9 - Plan and review the documented records of these activities to ensure timeliness and effectiveness. tick
